Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
clusterfuk.fun is a tool for trading highly speculative crypto tokens. You can lose all the money you put in, quickly. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we do not recommend any token, wallet or strategy. The Service is not intended for anyone in the United States or the United Kingdom. Read section 4 (Wallets and keys) and section 8 (Risks) before you trade with real money.
1. Who we are and these Terms
clusterfuk.fun (the "Service") is operated by Cluster Inc. ("we", "us"). Contact: privacy@clusterfuk.fun.
These Terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account, signing in or using the Service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- The Service is not intended for, and we do not offer it to, anyone located in or resident in the United States or the United Kingdom. If that applies to you, do not use the Service. By using it you confirm that it does not.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, resident in or organized under the laws of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic or so-called Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine, or of any other country or region that becomes subject to comprehensive sanctions.
- You may not use the Service if you are a national or resident of Russia or Belarus, unless you are also a national of, or hold a residence permit in, a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or Switzerland.
- You may not use the Service if you are on, or owned or controlled by or acting for someone on, a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom.
- You may not use a VPN or any other means to get around these restrictions. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is legal where you are.
3. What the Service is
The Service shows public Solana blockchain activity (tracked wallets, clusters, new token launches, trades and market data) and lets you trade tokens. It includes:
- Practice: paper trading with simulated balances. Practice results are not real and do not predict real results. Practice may show a simulated fee; no real money moves.
- Real trading: buys and sells you place yourself.
- Auto: features that trade for you without asking each time, under settings you choose. These include automated entries, snipes of new token launches, copy trading of wallets and lists you pick, a list we maintain (shown in the app as "Proven"), and automatic exits such as take profit, stop loss and trailing rules.
- AI reads: scores, labels and summaries generated automatically by third-party AI models. They can be wrong or out of date and are not recommendations.
- Social features: a feed, posts, reactions, follows, leaderboards and share links (see section 10).
- Rewards and referrals (section 7).
Some features may require a Pro account or an invitation. If we offer paid plans, we will show their price and terms before you buy. We may add, change or remove features for legal, security, technical or business reasons.
4. Wallets and keys
Your main wallet
Your trading wallet is a self-custodial embedded wallet provided by Privy. We never see or store its private key. If you sign in with an external wallet, that wallet is used only to sign in, not to trade.
Delegated signing
You may turn on delegated signing, which lets the Service sign transactions from your main wallet without asking you each time (for example so that automated entries and the exits you set up can run while you are away). While it is on, the permission we hold through Privy covers swaps through the trading programs we support and transfers of SOL to any address, with no amount limit. We use it only to carry out trades, exits and fees under your settings and these Terms. If our systems were compromised, it could be misused to move funds out of your main wallet. You can turn delegated signing off at any time in the app. A transaction signed under it in line with your settings counts as your instruction; one caused by a defect in our software, unauthorized access to our systems or our breach of these Terms does not.
Auto wallets (custodial)
Snipes and copy trading run from separate wallets that the Service creates for you ("Auto wallets", shown in the app as your Copy wallet or Snipe wallet). Auto wallets are custodial: we generate and hold their private keys, encrypted at rest, and you cannot export them. This means we control the assets in them.
- Each Auto wallet is a separate address that holds only your assets. Those assets are yours, not ours. We do not lend, pledge, stake or otherwise use them.
- We use the keys only to: buy, add to, sell and exit positions under your Auto settings, or when you click Sell or Add on an Auto position; pay the fees, network costs and rewards transfers of those trades; close emptied token accounts; and send withdrawals you request.
- Withdrawals are paid in SOL only, and only to your main wallet or another wallet you have proved you control. Sell tokens before you withdraw; tokens that cannot be sold may stay in the Auto wallet.
- While Auto positions are open, we keep back a small amount of SOL (currently 0.02 SOL) so that their exits can be paid. Exits on open positions keep running after you stop Auto.
- There is no limit on how much you can hold in an Auto wallet. Only fund it with an amount you are prepared to lose, and withdraw what you do not need.
- Assets in Auto wallets are not insured or covered by any deposit protection or compensation scheme. If the Service is down or suspended, or our systems are compromised, you may be unable to reach these assets or may lose them. Section 16 sets out our responsibility.
- If we close the Service, we will give you notice and the chance to withdraw.
Your rewards wallet
Your rewards wallet is a separate self-custodial Privy wallet in your name. You claim rewards by signing a transfer from it to your main wallet.
5. Trading and automation
- You decide whether to trade, which Auto features to turn on, and their amounts and limits. When you turn on a preset or a list we maintain, you instruct the Service to follow its rules as we set and change them, including which wallets it copies and how it exits. We do not take your personal circumstances into account and do not give personal recommendations.
- Automated trades run without asking you to confirm each one.
- Trades are executed on third-party venues and routers (for example pump.fun, PumpSwap and other decentralized exchanges, Carbium and Jupiter) and sent through third-party infrastructure (RPC providers, Jito). We do not control them.
- Prices move between the moment you or a rule decides to trade and the moment a transaction lands. Slippage, failed, delayed, partially filled or front-run transactions happen. We do not guarantee that any trade executes, executes at a particular price, or that an exit fires in time.
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check before you act.
- Market data, prices, profit and loss figures, charts and labels (including names we attach to wallets) are calculated or collected by us and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
- Following, copying or sniping someone else's wallet does not mean that person endorses you or the Service.
6. Fees
- Platform fee at 1%: on each real buy you place by hand (including adding to an Auto position by hand), on each real sell of a position that includes any buy you placed by hand, and on any other real sell of tokens the Service did not buy for you (for example tokens you transferred in).
- Platform fee at 0.2%: on each real trade the Service places for you under your Auto settings (automated entries, snipes, copies and copy adds), and on each real sell of a position the Service opened and you did not add to by hand, including when you sell it yourself.
- The fee is normally a transfer inside the same transaction as the trade. A sell's fee is calculated on its minimum guaranteed proceeds. If a transaction cannot carry its full fee for technical reasons, the unpaid part may be collected in later trades, and to make room for the fee a buy may be sent without the Jito tip you set. The fee we receive in any single trade is never more than that trade's fee rate.
- Other costs are not ours and are charged on top: Solana network fees, priority fees, optional Jito tips, venue and creator fees of the tokens and pools you trade, and router fees where a router charges one.
- We may change fees under section 19. A trade you place by hand pays the fee shown before you confirm it.
7. Rewards and referrals
- Rewards: a share of the platform fee on your trades (the standard level is 25% of the fee) is paid to your rewards wallet, normally inside the same transaction. Rewards levels and eligibility are shown in the Service and can change. On your first eligible buy, a small amount of your own SOL (up to about 0.0009 SOL) is also moved to your rewards wallet to meet Solana's rent minimum; it stays yours.
- Referrals: if you invite people, you may earn a share of the platform fee we keep after rewards on their trades, at the rates shown in the Service. Some partners have individual written rates, which may include fees paid by people their invitees bring. We pay referral earnings in SOL out of the fees we receive, under the rules shown in the Service.
- Referrers are not our agents. If you promote the Service, you must say clearly that you earn from people you bring, must not promise or imply profits, must not describe the Service as advice or as regulated, must not target the people or places listed in section 2, and must follow the advertising and financial promotion rules where your audience is.
- We may hold payouts for review, and withhold or cancel unpaid rewards and referral earnings, and deduct from future earnings any amount obtained through abuse, self-referral, wash trading, multiple accounts or a breach of these Terms. We may change or end these programs under section 19.
8. Risks
By using the Service you accept that:
- Memecoins and newly launched tokens are extremely volatile and often illiquid. Many lose all their value. Rug pulls, scams, insider selling, bundled launches and manipulation are common.
- Snipes buy at launch, when rugs, bundles and unsellable tokens are most common.
- Copy trades fill after the wallet you copy, usually at a worse price, and wallet owners can trade against the people copying them.
- Automated features can lose money fast, including when the market moves faster than an exit can run, when liquidity disappears, or when a token cannot be sold.
- MEV bots can sandwich or front-run your transactions, and high slippage settings increase what you can lose.
- Some tokens can be frozen, carry transfer restrictions or fees, or cannot be sold.
- Auto wallets and delegated signing depend on our systems and keys staying secure.
- Copying or following other wallets, clusters, lists, AI reads or leaderboards gives no assurance of profit. Results shown in the Service, including other users' results, may be wrong, and past results do not predict future results.
- Blockchains, wallets, smart contracts, routers and infrastructure can fail, be congested, be attacked or change without notice.
- Laws and regulations about crypto assets change and may limit or end your ability to use the Service.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any taxes on your activity.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and market manipulation rules;
- use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, or deal in stolen or illicit funds;
- manipulate markets, wash trade, or game rewards, referrals or leaderboards;
- open several accounts to get around limits or abuse our programs;
- attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or access it by automated means other than the features we provide;
- post content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes scams or impersonates others.
10. Your content and what others can see
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute it as part of the Service (including in share images and feeds).
Your posts and public profile are visible to other users and the public. Your realized profit and loss, in Practice and with real money, appears on leaderboards under your handle or an anonymous alias. If you post under a handle, other users can follow you; while you trade with real money, your followers see your trading wallet's address and your trades. Anyone with a wallet address can see its whole history on the blockchain.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that we reasonably believe break these Terms or the law. Where the law requires, we will tell you why and how to contest it. Report illegal or infringing content, or appeal a decision, at privacy@clusterfuk.fun. We end the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Our property
The Service, its software, design, data compilations and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. We may use feedback you send us without restriction or payment.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Privy (sign-in and wallets), Solana validators, RPC and data providers, decentralized exchanges and routers. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Compliance checks
We may screen you, your wallets and your transactions against sanctions lists and blockchain risk data, and check your location from your IP address. We may ask for information or documents about you, your wallets and the source of your funds, and limit features until we receive them. We may delay, block or refuse any trade, withdrawal, reward or referral payment, and freeze an Auto wallet, where we believe the law requires it or a transaction involves sanctions, fraud or other crime. We may report to the authorities, and the law may stop us from telling you.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, stop Auto features or refuse a trade if the law requires it, to protect users or the Service, or if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms, and otherwise with 30 days' notice. Unless the law or a security risk prevents it, we will tell you why. When Auto stops it opens no new positions, and we will tell you whether exits on open positions keep running.
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at privacy@clusterfuk.fun. Your main wallet and rewards wallet stay under your control. We will let you withdraw the SOL in your Auto wallets to your own wallet unless the law or section 13 prevents it.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. This does not affect rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we, our affiliates and our and their officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or trading losses. Except as set out below, our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and USD 100.
These limits do not apply to: (a) loss of assets in an Auto wallet caused by unauthorized access to our systems, misconduct of our staff or contractors, our failure to keep the keys secure, or a transaction your Auto settings did not instruct, for which we are liable for the value lost; (b) our fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct; (c) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or (d) any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
17. Indemnity
To the extent the law where you live allows, you will compensate us for the reasonable costs of third-party claims to the extent they arise from your breach of these Terms or the law, or from your content, except to the extent we caused them.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before starting a claim, email privacy@clusterfuk.fun describing it, and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction; either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction. To the extent the law allows, you and we waive trial by jury.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that place.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms, and we will show the new date at the top. For changes that materially affect you, including any fee increase, we will tell you in the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the law or security requires a change sooner. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and withdraw your assets before the change takes effect, at no charge from us. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they took effect.
20. General
These Terms and the fees and rules shown in the Service are our entire agreement about the Service. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to an affiliate or a successor without reducing your rights. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as blockchain outages or failures of third parties, but this never covers failures of our own security. Sections 4 (withdrawals), 6, 7 (amounts already earned), 10, 11 and 15 to 20 survive termination. You agree to receive notices electronically, in the Service or by email; send notices to us at privacy@clusterfuk.fun. The English version of these Terms controls unless your local law requires otherwise. You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
